PLEASE NOTE: Some “Discount” Property Managers offer a lower % fee which sounds good, but is actually worse. How? By charging the guest extra fees (which you the owner get no part of!) So, the Company is essentially making the same $$ on your booking, but since the guest is paying more for the same reservation, it’s that much more likely the guest will book a different place without the bogus fees.
