Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed once full payment is received through our booking system.
• All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
• A cleaning fee may apply and will be displayed before you complete your booking.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Confirmed reservations will not be affected by price changes.

Check-in & Check-out

Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Late check-out is not available. Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

House Rules

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking. Refunds for qualifying cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.

Property Care & Damages

• Guests are expected to treat the property with care and leave it in reasonable condition.
• Please report any damages or maintenance issues promptly to your host.
• Guests may be held responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• A security deposit may be required for certain properties and will be refunded after inspection.
• Lost keys or lockout situations may incur a fee.

Liability

Flagstaff Rental Cabin provides vacation rental accommodations on an “as is” basis. While we strive to ensure all amenities and features are functioning properly, we are not liable for temporary outages of utilities, internet, or appliances. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal property during your stay. Guests use all property amenities and facilities at their own risk.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Flagstaff is located at 7,000 feet elevation and experiences significant weather variation including snow, rain, and monsoons. Road conditions may vary seasonally. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is appropriate for mountain driving conditions. We are not responsible for weather-related disruptions to your stay.

Security Cameras

Some of our properties have outdoor security cameras for safety purposes. These cameras are exterior only and do not monitor any interior living spaces or private areas. Their locations are disclosed in each property listing.

EV Charger

Our Flagstaff Rental Cabin property offers a FREE Tesla Universal EV charger that works with any electric vehicle. Use of the charger is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle or charging equipment.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Flagstaff Rental Cabin offers an optional one-time SMS service. When you call our AI concierge at 928-440-8400, you may request a text message containing a direct booking link to one of our properties. By requesting this text, you consent to receive a single SMS from Flagstaff Rental Cabin.
